What we collect

The CV content you upload, paste or type, together with any target role you enter, so we can produce your improved CV.

Your email address, if you give it to us when contacting support.

Payment confirmation details from our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.

Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To generate your refined CV using an AI model, and to let you download it as a PDF or Word file.

To confirm that your one-off payment succeeded.

To investigate faults, prevent abuse of the service and meet our legal obligations.

AI processing

Your CV text is sent to a third-party AI model provider solely to produce the rewrite. We instruct the model to work only from the information you provide.

We do not use your CV to train our own models, and we do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your CV is kept while your download link is active so you can retrieve your files again.

You can ask us to delete your CV and associated record at any time by writing to hello@cvperfect.io. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy and security standards.
